Running Shoe Report ("๋ฌ๋ํ ๋ฆฌํฌํธ", the "App") is published by Tebah Music (Sion Kim), a registered business in the Republic of Korea. This policy explains what data the App uses and where it goes.
1. Health data
- With your permission, the App reads running workouts and related metrics (such as distance, pace, heart rate, cadence, running power, stride length, ground contact time and vertical oscillation) from Apple Health.
- Health data is read and processed only on your device. It is never sent to our servers or to any third party, and it is never used for advertising.
- The App only reads from Apple Health. It does not write to Apple Health.
2. Data stored on your device
- Shoe information and photos, shoe assignments, terrain tags, locations you set, heart rate zone settings (such as age, resting heart rate or lactate threshold heart rate) and cached weather values are stored only on your device.
- If you export a backup file, it is saved only to the location you choose.
- Deleting the App removes this data from your device.
3. Data sent to external services
The App has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Limited data is sent to external services only for the following features:
- Feels-like temperature: To look up the weather at the time of a run, the run's starting coordinates (or the city you set as your location) and the run's date and time are sent to Apple WeatherKit. If WeatherKit is unavailable, the same information is sent to Open-Meteo. No other health data is included.
- Overseas city search: The search text you enter is sent to Apple's map service to find the city.
- Update notice: The App checks Apple CloudKit for the latest version number. No personal data is sent.
4. Your choices
- You can change or revoke Apple Health access at any time in iPhone Settings โ Health โ Data Access & Devices โ ๋ฌ๋ํ ๋ฆฌํฌํธ.
- You can contact us to ask questions about your data.
- The ranking feature has been discontinued. If you used it in an earlier version, your nickname, efficiency scores and anonymous iCloud user identifier may remain on Apple CloudKit. Contact us and we will delete them.
5. Changes to this policy
If the App's data practices change, this page will be updated before the change takes effect, and the effective date above will be revised.
